TRADITIONAL ITALIAN COOKING CLASS

I. FIRST DAY
Arrival and accomodation at Spiaggia d’Oro Hotel & Resort

II. SECOND DAY
Morning  Cooking class at Agriturismo Fattoria Il Bagnolo
The Chef will introduce himself and course’s program.
Lesson in practice n. 1 : “Italian first courses and home-made pasta”.
Lunch with a tasting of recipes cooked during the lesson.
Afternoon Cooking class at Agriturismo Fattoria Il Bagnolo
Lesson in practice n. 2 : “ Home-made desserts ”.
Afternoon sweet snack with desserts cooked during the lesson.
Evening  A la carte dinner at La Veranda della Spiaggia d’Oro Restaurant
The restaurant is specialized in classic Italian and international courses.
The location is superb, just on lake’s shores. The atmosphere is elegant, by  candle light, soft and romatic. The cellar is based on a selection of about 250 wines & spirits.

III. THIRD DAY
Morning Trip trough the panoramic Valley of Tremosine to traditional dairy Alpe del Garda
Interesting visit to discover the local dairying production with tasting of selected typical cheese of  Alto Garda Bresciano Park.
Afternoon Cooking class at Agriturismo Fattoria Il Bagnolo
Lesson in practice n. 3 : “ Traditional ways to cook meat  ”
Evening Final dinner with tasting of all recipes cooked.

IV.FOURTH DAY
Guests departure

OFFER VALIDITY
The offer is valid from September to June, except for January, February, Christmas time, New year’s eve and Easter holidays. Arrival and departure days are free except for April, June and September.
